Center on on blackjack 2 not working?

So I dropped my phone in water, everything works except the center on. I also use the phone a lot, so i'm not sure if its water damage or from use (it worked until about a month after the water incident). I don't have a warranty or insurance on the phone, so DIY fixes please :)
