Nokia comes with music->iTunes?

I have Nokia Music which is wonderful because I can download anything but... the files are in WMA format that iTunes will not convert. It says it is protected. I've tried and trust me, it doesn't convert it. I am not computer illiterate. Do you know of anything that I can download so that I can import my downloaded songs into iTunes? Any help would be awesome.
