How do you do hair like this ?

It looks like it's loose simple curls which you can do with a curling iron or maybe rollers would work better. After creating the curls, swing your head up and down so the curls could go loose, put some light spray on it and put it up with a clip. I've done this look many times casually or for work..good luck.
