my lawyer is sueing my uninsured portion of my car insurance because the person who hit us and caused serious injury has none.if he finds out that person who hit us has ets, can he sue for more against the guilty party besides what he gets from the uninsured policy,also can a judge order this person to pay us punitive damages for what she did to us
