How dpi tell my parents hthat I think I have diabetes and want to be tested?

I asked if I had diabetes yesterday on answers and u guys said yes. But I'm not sure how to tell my parents because I don't think they will take my seriously until I actually am admitted to the hospital.... And also I had my blood drawn to see if I had chicken pox antibodies but my doctor didn't say anything about diabetes... Sorry aboutthr typos...
