My husband shows me no affection- is it me? very sad, please help?

a few weeks ago you will see that I had the same probably, crikey, we could have shared husbands by the sound of it!! I sat my husband down when the kids went to bed and laid it out on the table. I wrote everything I was going to ay, just in case he didn;t listen and I put it in his lunchbox the next day to remind him. I told him that I was not going to 'beg' for affection and that I wasnt a duck in a pond waiting bread to be thrown at me. I simply told him that if he withdraws affection then so will I. I stopped all the 'nices', cooking, cups of tea on arrival home, ironing etc and if that wasnt going to work I issued with him with an ultimatum that he had a set time to sort himself out or he had to go. You must however br prepared for the worst. Today, he rings me every two hours and twlls me he loves me all the time but I will always be on his case.
