Why does CNN allow Rick Sanchez to post "Las Fotos Del Dia"? Why is it in spanish if CNN is in America?

CNN is definitely looking to get more Hispanic viewers. Las Fotos Del Dia is totally annoying and I see no reason why it has to be in Spanish. Especially the cheesy, stereotypical tango type music with "AYE DIOS MIO" put in there. CNN is going for minority viewers, which is fine in and of itself. It's trying to fill a niche. I would have no problem watching CNN except that most of its anchors, especially Rick Sanchez, are incredibly awkward to watch. Most of CNN has terrible flow.
