What is an IQ test and where to get it? Is it common to get one before engagement? Who writes prescription?

Sounds stupid to me. An IQ test doesn't measure how smart you are, it measures how quickly you learn. Your Barbie isn't a smarty if she thinks that her IQ won't affect ya'lls babies, the children will gather from her gene pool also. If I were you I'd look a little higher in the jungle for a girl that isn't such a baboon.
