Rate of reaction based on nature of reactants?

I can't seem to find a competent answer in the net that would explain which is the better reducing agent, Na2C2O4 (sodium oxalate) or H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide). Can anyone please tell me which is a stronger reducing agent and why? and how it can affect the rate of the reaction between potium permanganate and sulfuric acid? thanks a billion!
