Question regarding an old movie (1990-2002)?

i had watched a movie in some old time time 2002 or somethin like tht the movie's name is hello i....but now i can't find it anyware if somebody can tell me where i can find it it would be great this movie was about a girl(12) who lost her dog and abut her quest to find it,.......... plz if u know abut it tell me.. thnks in advance
