I know it is probably impossible but i am desperate. I have always been overweight and had a belly with love handles. Once i had my daughter 4 years ago the weight fell off but because i was feedin it just creeped back up and now im really miserable with my body. Im going on holiday mid september and im desperate to shed my love handles and loose just some weight from my belly, legs and hips. If anyone can give me some advice to loose the weight quickly and safely and that it doesn't overtake the time with my daughter i would be really greatful x
