Illiterate woman take auth as minister in Rajasthan is a good example for democracy?

Illiterate doesn't necessarily mean ignorant. Many highly educated people are very ignorant. Wisdom comes from life experience. Not from a book. So this woman may very well be a good example for Democracy.
