Baby Shower gift hasn't come?

I had my baby shower back the first weekend of January and an former co-worker came. She gave me a card that said she had ordered a diaper genie and a few outfits but that they were backordered and would be delivered soon. I still haven't seen them come in and I'm wondering if it would be rude of me to ask her if she's seen or heard anything about them?
