1/4 People HAVE genital and have no symptoms. Are people afraid of being tested? ?

1/4 People have Genital , most will not show symptoms for most of their lives, some have mive outbreaks every month. This statistic is confirmed in Virginia and in some other High Population centers. Why wont people get free tests? Is it that they are afraid or just don't care?
